Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened and unused in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond with instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — no return required.
