SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All Prime Aether orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (US): 5–8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping (US): 1 business day

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Prime Aether is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.

Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Prime Aether is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at dclarkgroup117@gmail.com — we'll do our best to make changes before your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at dclarkgroup117@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping At this time, Prime Aether ships within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally in the future — stay tuned!
